RETURNS POLICY


Thank you for purchasing your floral arrangement with Infinite Rose. We really hope you love your roses as much as we do. If you're not entirely happy with an item you received, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement by emailing infiniterose.sydney@gmail.com and we will endeavour to fix the problem.

All our floral arrangements are handcrafted and made to order so please choose carefully as we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange due to change of mind.

As our roses are natural products please be mindful that each rose bud may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting.

Refunds or exchanges apply to faulty or wrong products being delivered. In the event of an arrangement being damaged during transit you will need to email us a photo of the arrangement or any other damages within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement/refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
